Hand-Schu¨ler-Christian Disease with Pulmonary Complication

Abstract
|
|
|
Hand-Schiiller-Christian disease is a rare disease chracterized by triad of diabetes insipidus, exophthalmos, multiple bone defects. This disease usually occurs in pediatric age group, rarely in the case of adult group, it usually manifested interstitial lung disease referred to as Histiocytosis-X or eosinophilic granuloma.
We recently experienced a case of H and- Schuller-Christian disease having pneumothorax and interstitial lung disease in 26 years old man.
So, we report this case with a brief review of the literature.
